RESORT WEAR
In a previous post, I traveled to Mayakoba with the love of my life, and a few friends for Valentine’s Day. It was such a beautiful getaway and was so special to me! While planning my outfits for the trip, I knew that I would need to pack dressier options for some of our evenings. It’s easy to pack cute swimsuits and flip flops while we go to the pool and beach, but I knew my husband would have some sort of fabulous dinner planned out for the two of us! I needed to be ready!
Along with packing a few flowy dresses like this Venetian inspired one, I wanted to take a few jumpsuits that were dressy enough for a date night. This particular one is perfect for resort wear. I could wear it during the day with a big hat and sandals, and then throw on a pair of wedges and fix my hair for the evening. I could have a huge beach bag during the day, and then switch out into a cool cross body for later. All while wearing the same jumpsuit! I love this particular jumpsuit. It is so comfortable that I even wore it to go sightseeing!
As you know, I love versatility. Being able to wear an outfit in many different ways is exciting and so important to me. I paired this outfit with a long dainty necklace. This jumpsuit is perfect to accessorize and play with. You can wear a big statement necklace like this, or keep it simple the way I did. Stack on a few of your favorite bracelets and you are good to go!
Also, I love wearing wedges whenever I can! They are the perfect summer shoe! These cutout designs are fun and definitely make a statement on their own!
