Hey friends! MINT dentistry just opened a new office in Friendswood, Texas to serve more smiles to our Houston community! Friendswood is a great city near The Woodlands-Sugar Land metropolitan area of Houston, Texas and I can’t wait for you to see what our MINTerior team did with the interior of this location.
To start, we painted all the walls matte black—except the statement wall behind the sofa, which features a black and white contrasting circular wallpaper design. The high ceilings accentuate the pattern from the floorboards to the modern chandelier hanging in the center of the room and highlight the custom neon “Sexy Teeth” MINT signature sign.
You can’t go wrong with black and white, but I chose to add gray furniture to the main seating area with a steel-gray velvet couch and black and gray plush patterned armchairs with splashes of MINT green with fig leaf plants on the coffee table and glass boxed end tables. The end tables also feature muted circular globe lamps that add a modern touch to subtly tie into the circular pattern you will find featured throughout the room.
The large area rug sectioned off the main portion of the room with a modern pattern of black and white velvet swirls and the white granite blocked coffee table was the perfect last piece because it added a light splash to the center of the room.
If you prefer to sit closer to the waiting room counter, take your pick from the cream floating wingback chairs lined along the windows or the modern black armchairs under the large black statement mirror in the entryway. We added this mirror to create a feeling of spaciousness while also providing an art piece that ties the seating area together!
