wellness  |wɛl-nɛs| noun ORIGIN Old English wel(l), of Germanic origin; related to Dutch wel and German wohl; generally used to mean a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being.

A friend of mine recently introduced me to a product line that is sworn by it’s users to be one of the greatest wellness systems available. Knowing that I am highly focused on wellness, fitness and health–she dropped off a Kyani care package for me to try, and I wanted to share my results with you!

Kyani is wellness simplified. The brand was created to defend, repair and maintain every cell in your body by the use of super-foods, antioxidants and natural botanical products (anything organic, all natural and “super” is a plus for me *grin*).

Kyani was created by two innovative families (the Hansen’s and the Taylor’s) after learning how antioxidants found in Alaskan super-foods could positively impact health–now providing nutritional wellness to millions of people all over the world.

What I found most interesting about the products was that they use the Wild Alaskan Blueberry containing anthocyanin–which has over five times as many antioxidants as the common blueberry (a super, super-food). They are also the most potent form of Vitamin E, working to block free radicals from the body (which play a large part in the ageing process). If we can fight off free radicals, then we can reduce wrinkles and keep our skin looking young and youthful (yes, please!).

One of the most popular packs that they have is the Triangle of Health package. My friend added this nutritional system in my care package (including the Kyani Sunrise, Kyani Sunset and Kyani Nitro). My favorite of the three was the Kyani Nitro. You take the Nitro in the early afternoon for an extra energy boost when you start to feel that mid-afternoon lull. I noticed this gave me the energy I needed to complete my work day (without having to drink extra amounts of caffeine).

Since using the products, I’ve felt a boost of energy, less stressed and all-around more healthy. This wasn’t a surprise to me, as I know that eating a well-balanced diet and getting more antioxidants through fruits and veggies always makes me feel this way. Kyani is just a great program for those that find it difficult to plan and prepare fruits, veggies and other healthy snacks. They pack all the nutrients you need into their products, making it easier to get your daily dose of vitamins and other super-foods–making wellness, simple!

If you’re interested in trying the products or want to become a distributor, feel free to contact my friend, Brenda at brenda.kyani@gmail.com. You can search for products and learn more on their website at www.kyani.net.

Remember, we only get one body in this lifetime–and we need to take care of it! Wellness and health are of utmost importance. Take care of yourself and your family!
