MY GLADIATOR HEELS

This photoshoot was so fun! I remember picking out different looks and wondering what to wear.  I saw these amazing gladiator heels in my closet and decided to put together a look around them as the focal point.  Much like interior design, fashion really does inspire me.

The minute I saw these shoes, I knew I had to have them in my closet.  They are so sexy and sleek. I tried them on and took them home with me immediately.  It was love at first sight!

When wearing heels that make such a huge statement, it is best to go with minimalistic clothes. What I mean by that is you don’t want to be too loud throughout your whole ensemble. Even the jewelry should be simple in my opinion. Make it all about the shoes! Not only are these shoes show stoppers, they are also incredibly comfortable. You can pair them with a shirt dress, a long sweater, an oversized flannel, shorts, you name it!

Overall the outfit is playful and fun. I liked layering this long black cardigan with this taupe colored wrap dress with an asymmetrical hemline. I love how the cardigan is as long as the dress. I took the cardigan off to switch the look from day to evening. I could totally wear this going out to lunch with girlfriends, and then heading out to dinner with my husband.

I chose to wear my favorite saddlebag purse.  Everything that I need for the day fits in there.  It’s one of my favorite everyday bags!

We went on the rooftop for this photoshoot.  The wind was blowing, but I think in our favor! Luckily my hair was in these boxer braids! Otherwise I don’t think the shoot would have been successful!

You totally need to get some heels like this as we transition into the fall! You can totally pull them off!

Sabrina
