MINTERIOR DESIGN – MINT BURLESON

MINT dentistry is now serving the people of Burleson, Texas—a historic and family-oriented city just south of Fort Worth. This office was fun to design because we were able to combine a modern aesthetic to a very historic and charming area of our city.

The metallic wallpaper was where we started with this office. The silver, black, and translucent shapes within the design created such a statement piece—a simple 3 piece mirror set above the black velvet couch was all this space needed to feel complete.

Because the wallpaper in this space is so bold, we needed to make sure the other art pieces and furniture we added throughout the office would be more subtle. Pairing bold statement pieces with more modest features is a great way to balance out any room.

We did this by adding an all black velvet couch with metallic silver pillows. The area rug has minimal design features, with simple black and gray lines to tie in the white granite boxed coffee table.

The chairs we chose are also very artistic in their sleek design, but minimal in color. The dark heather gray we chose blends beautifully with the other pieces in the room.

Some of my favorite features in this office are the metal XO coffee table coasters and the “SEXY TEETH” metallic mirrored lip art piece we had designed. Mirrored art and metallic, translucent pieces make any space appear larger than it is—creating an open atmosphere.

Again, simplicity was key in this space—allowing the wallpaper to speak for itself and only highlighting through other pieces. I love the oversized metal lamps paired with the mirrored end tables. I think it turned out effortlessly classic and I’m so proud of our team for creating another beautifully designed space for our MINT family!
