Hello, Houston! We’re thrilled to be serving our sexy smiles to the people of Houston Greenway! We love this side of town. Greenway is a trendy new area with shopping centers, a farmer’s market, bistros, restaurants, and now—a new MINT dentistry location. As with all of our offices, this location features the highest-quality dental technology and with the floor to ceiling windows, fun to decorate!
Our team used a modern MINTerior styled black and white diamond wallpaper for our backdrop, highlighting our signature MINT Beats headphones art piece above the couch. We chose a more neutral colored leather couch with black and white statement pillows and chic end tables to create a simple, yet elegant look.
I always want our guests to feel welcome and at home when they walk through our doors. We try to be creative with modern style—but specific in all of our smaller decorative pieces—each one is uniquely chosen and used for a purpose! The red roses on the white boxed granite coffee table give the room the pop of color it needs. Stacking coffee table books is an easy way to create layers and depth in any room!
The floor to ceiling windows make for great light in this location and a great backdrop for our decorative gray granite styled sitting chairs. I added a smaller white granite end table to match the larger coffee table we have set up in the middle of the room. This is a great way to subtly unify any space!
We also added several mirrors in distinct places throughout the sitting room and behind the welcome desk to create openness and depth. Mirrors have a great way of making small spaces appear larger and they highlight chandeliers and light fixtures beautifully.
I’m also loving the square wall-cutout above the couch in this office. This was already here and we had to design around it—but it gave us a layered shelf look to add some greenery and to display the signature art piece we chose.
Another simple tip to create modern office spaces can be to paint the ceiling tiles black. This worked well in this office because of the modern black and white pattern of the wallpaper we chose—but it could work in your office space too! The white bland ceiling tiles can get boring—try painting them black, add some canned overhead lighting and it will change the look of the whole space completely!
