Hey, Dallas! MINT Dentistry is revamping pediatric dentistry and we’ve remodeled our MINT Duncanville location just for your kids!
We created Mint Kids because we not only wanted to provide affordable, luxurious dentistry for adults—we wanted our own kids to experience the Mint Difference too! When you become a parent, you want the best for your kids, so Field and I wanted to make the best pediatric dentistry available for our own family—and now, for yours too!
My Minterior team and I had a blast designing our first-ever Mint Kids location in Duncanville, TX. Having two young kids of my own and several nieces and nephews helped with every aspect of this design. We added a playroom filled with toys and bean bag chairs, vintage PacMan and Asteroids Centipede arcade games, of course—Beats Kids headphones, iPads, and Mint sunglasses for every patient. We want kids to love coming to the dentist from an early age so they can make taking care of their teeth a healthy practice when they get older!
The Mint Kids crown theme can be seen all over the office starting with the custom-crown wallpaper we had designed especially for this space. We painted the ceilings and parallel walls a classic matte black and added a large oversized mirror above the couch and a “MINT KIDS ARE THE COOLEST” neon sign in the hallway against a more subtle black designed wallpaper.
One of the coolest aspects of this office is the Mint green sheer glass windows encasing the playroom. I tied the same green into the neon, sheer coffee table in one of the rooms and balanced both waiting rooms out with contrasting black and white area rugs.
Take your choice of seating while your kids play in either waiting room from the plush black or gray velvet couches or one of the designer black snakeskin armchairs. I’ve left reading materials for you on the steel cylinder coffee table and added matching reading lamps on the black-boxed end tables to tie the room together!
