MINT Dentistry celebrated 10 years this month and Field and I couldn’t be happier with the growth, success, and what we can only describe as God-given favor that this company has experienced over the last decade. We are honored and humbled by the support we’ve received from friends, family, and mentors along the journey and grateful to the incredible staff and employees who have made this company the best and fastest-growing dentistry in the nation!
What started as one dentist office at Mockingbird Station 10 years ago is now over 50+ (and growing) offices across the Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston metroplexes. With our MINTerior designed dental offices (and my incredible MINTerior design team!), outstanding support staff, and luxurious dental experience—I’m not surprised our customers, clients, and MINT family have called us number one in their 5-star reviews.
I couldn’t be more proud of all the individuals who have made MINT Dentistry what it is today. The executive leadership team, the dentists, assistants, hygienists, the amazing marketing staff, the financial teams, managers, administrators, and call centers—each individual, team, and department has had their own part in MINT Dentistry’s growth, and I couldn’t be more grateful for each of you.
I’m especially proud of my husband, Field. I’ve watched him walk through the ups and downs of MINT’s growth and success. I’ve watched as he has prayed over every business decision he has made over the past decade and how he has faithfully balanced being a CEO and an incredible husband and father at the same time. I’m proud of his vision and excellence in everything he does. I couldn’t be more proud of this man and the success he doesn’t take any credit for.
MINT’s greatness begins and ends with the people and culture we have created, together. This is a culture of care, compassion, integrity, and honesty in all we do. Since we opened our first office doors in 2009, MINT has grown from our values of love, perfection, and generosity, being able to fund the advancement of multiple charities, philanthropic organizations within our Dallas community, and members of our own MINT Dentistry family who are struggling financially.
And now, we’re running into a new decade, launching new endeavors like MINT Kids, to bring the best of pediatric dentistry to our children, MINT Dental Insurance, and Pure Dental Academy, to make dental assisting school easy and affordable for anyone who has dreamed of having a career in the dental field. I can’t wait to see what is in store for MINT Dentistry in the next decade!
