MINTERIOR DESIGN: Denton

Mint Dentistry is now in Denton, TX!

I love this particular shade of teal.  It has a dark, rich tone that makes everything look fresh. I incorporated this color in a lot of the decor throughout the office. From the vases, to the pillows, I knew that this would be an easy color to work with. I paired the teal pieces with a white, gold, and gray color scheme. I really enjoy the way all of this came together.  I had never used a round-shaped rug in a Mint office.  I tend to always choose rectangular 8 x 10 rugs for our seating areas, but when I saw this rug in person, I knew I had to have it!  I think it looks amazing under this gold coffee table.

People always ask me where I buy furniture and my answer is always different.  For the Denton office, I used a lot of Z Gallerie pieces.

I chose a darker wood flooring to make all of our furniture pop. Also, I have always been a fan of the color Peppercorn from Sherwin Williams. I have used it in several other interior design projects and thought it would look amazing in Mint! It is a wonderful dark neutral color that works well with practically any room!

Naturally, I see interior design the way I see fashion.  Fashion is always changing and it is fun to try new things. In previous posts, you may have noticed how I stuck to a monochromatic color palette. However, I am so glad that I used color in Denton!  I want to incorporate these colors into other offices in the future so that they can have a more contemporary look.

When you are redecorating a room, consider a color scheme that is rich.
