I have always had a passion for interior design. My first job was actually for my aunt who was a major interior designer in Laredo, Texas.  Not only is interior design fun–but it’s also challenging.

In other posts, you will see how my team and I conceptualize and execute the interior of each Mint Dentistry office. When it comes to business, the interior design aspect is second nature to me. We have a brand aesthetic that I am able to build on top of. Recently, our growing family needed to move into a larger space. I was so busy with other things that I knew I couldn’t do it alone–so, I called in reinforcements.

Beth & Shay Rafferty, a dynamic Mother/Daughter duo, are two of the most talented designers in the country and own IBB Designs. They own “the best furniture store in the US!” and have been such an inspiration to me–allowing my imagination and design ideas to run wild!

This was a very special and personal project to me, being the home in which so many memories would be made. This is where my children will grow up, where we will have holiday meals and share love and laughter with family and friends. I knew in the design process that I wanted my personal style showcased and mixed with the masculine style my husband has. We couldn’t have asked for a better team.

It was so fun furnishing our new home alongside IBB Design. Choosing the perfect colors, furniture, wallpaper and lighting was exciting and IBB made this an enjoyable process. They are so fun and easy to collaborate with! It was an honor to have our home photographed and featured in a 14 page spread in the winter edition of IBB at Home magazine! Thank you IBB for the home of my dreams.
