HELLO MOTO
I have never been much of a girly girl. Don’t get me wrong, I love wearing dresses, stacking on jewelry, and getting my makeup done, but I have never really been fond of stereotypical girly things. Growing up, I was always in sports so my style was always sporty. Even now, I notice how I don’t really own flower prints and pink is limited in my wardrobe. However, I do appreciate this look on my girlfriends. For me, I have always been a fan of edgier looks that look really put together, yet still effortless.
On a recent trip to Spain, I found this incredible boutique called Replay! They specialize in denim and I I immediately loved these black distressed jeans. The fit is so comfortable but also super stylish. Replay also has some cool tops and accessories! I was so excited when I found out they have a few stores in the US too!
This shirt was kind of an accident that turned into one of my favorite tops. After being washed, the dreaded accidental shrinking happened. What used to be a long shirt with slits on the sides turned into a short and flowy top that I absolutely love! I paired it with this cool moto jacket. Field and I have matching jackets. I keep wanting to embroider the back with a cool saying for the both of us. If you know anyone that does that, or have any ideas let me know! The masculinity of the look is really fun to me. Make it feminine by pairing some simple pumps and a statement necklace and you are good to go!
Also, how can you not be obsessed with vintage Yves Saint Laurent?! I purchased this bag years and years ago. It’s always fun to pull pieces from the past and wear them in the present time.
