birthday |ˈbərTHˌdā| noun the anniversary of the day on which a person was born, typically treated as an occasion for celebration and the giving of gifts: Happy Birthday, girl!

I can’t believe my little princess turned 4 years old this year! I still remember just how excited we all were to meet her the day she was born. Since then, she has brought so much joy into our lives with her sweet smile and bright spirit—I can’t imagine life without her!

This year, Camila was old enough to help plan her own birthday party and she put a lot of thought into picking out the right cake (from Cakes by Alicia) and was adamant about Princess Anna and Princess Elsa being there. I’m glad she was because they made the party so special. They sang several Frozen theme songs and crowned Camila as a princess while all of her friends cheered, “Hail Princess Camila!” *LOL* Her smile was priceless. I won’t ever forget that moment—and I know she won’t either.  (We hired DFW Party Princesses for this, and they were amazing. I highly recommend!)

Even our adult guests had a great time watching Princess Anna and Elsa sing and perform. They were so good! When they were done with their show we moved the party outside so the kids could swim and play in the pool (pool parties are perfect for mid-June birthdays in Texas *LOL*).

DJ Belle was also there, playing Disney songs and Top 40 hits while the kids swam and played party games. There was even a Princess Elsa piñata for the older kids and Disney themed party favor bags filled with cookies, candles, bubbles, Frozen activities, stickers, and tattoos. Frozen and Disney themed decor covered every inch of our home that day *LOL*.

Huge thanks to Priscilla Trevino with  Perfectly Timed Events for throwing us another wonderful party we won’t ever forget. And to Gabe at House of Biel for the always-perfect balloon display!!! You are beyond talented and transform every room you touch!!

Happy 4th Birthday, Camila Rose! The world is better because you’re in it!

XO-
