Let me start off by saying this is not a political stance on wearing fur. However, this is a celebration of the fact that faux fur is just as luxurious and chic as the real thing!
Karl Lagerfeld once said, “You cannot fake chic but you can be chic and fake fur.”
I must agree! Faux fur is a must have to wear this winter. I am seeing it everywhere and am so excited to embrace this trend. It’s cozy and really stylish while being guilt free! Take a look around and you’ll see faux fur poms for purses and backpacks, to shoes with hints of fur!
Whichever way you choose to wear it, this is a trend you can really have some fun with this winter without spending a fortune. This particular vest I found at the amazing Carla Martinengo Boutique in Dallas. I bought this vest a while ago, but you may be able to go in and see if it’s still there. I featured a few other items from that boutique in a previous post.
This dress is so easy to wear, and it is under $50! You really should get it! It’s so cute and easily one of my go-to’s for a night out! When layering this ensemble, I wanted to stick to easy clothes that looked great on their own. These amazing Ruthie Davis shoes are so fun!
When it comes to fur, faux is always your friend!
