AIRPLANE MODE
I’m so excited that my husband and I are headed to Spain together! We thought about bringing the kids, but we figured it may be good to spend some quality time with just the two of us! My mom happily volunteered to babysit and I could’t be more grateful!
So before I travel anywhere, I have to ask myself three things: What items are comfortable while still stylish? What will the weather be like? What rollercoaster temperatures will I encounter in the airport/plane?
You always want to take shoes that are comfortable because the gate can sometimes be a mile away (exaggerating). These boots are amazing. Being comfy is always a MUST.
The weather in Spain is hot right now. This denim on denim outfit is perfect. These jeans have a great stretch to them and feel light and comfortable throughout the day.
Now airport/plane temperatures always get crazy. You are shivering one minute, and unbearably warm the next! So always wearing a lighter jacket is the best thing to do. I love this jacket because it’s not heavy and is so cute.
Now a big luggage is a necessity when traveling to Spain. I have never understood the people that backpack their way through Europe. I mean, that’s an amazing accomplishment, but I could NEVER do that! I always want to take extra clothes with me because let’s face it, us girls need options. You always want to be prepared for every occasion that is coming your way. My little purse is perfect for my essentials while traveling. You never want to struggle with a big purse on a plane. I like to always keep it small and easy. Now, if I was traveling with my kids, this small purse is not an option. I would definitely need a great tote for baby wipes, toys, snacks, and everything under the moon for my babies. I’m currently writing this on the plane and they are telling us to put away all of our electronics!
