Counting my many blessings this week as I enter my 35th year of wonderful life!
I had such a wonderful birthday this year, and as I reflect on the festivities, the feeling of gratitude rushes over me. I felt so cherished and loved. I am so grateful for my friends, family and my amazing husband–but even more so, my God.
He is such a good Father! As His children, He showers us with affection and blessings from beyond our wildest dreams. This year alone has been such an exciting adventure for my husband and me. In our marriage, God is at the center. Before making any big decision, we pray together. God has never let us down, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
I thank God for another year of life that I get to spend with my kids and loved ones. As a mom, I realize that the moments we have with our kids are so short. It seems like just yesterday that I was holding Baby Field when he was a newborn. Now he is running around and even swimming on his own! His sister Camila is now starting to form words together. She has mastered saying “Hi” and waving to everyone that enters the room. They grow up so fast and I make it a point to cherish every single moment.
I have always been ambitious and goal-driven, but now, I’m driven by something bigger because I know that even before I was created, God had a dream for my life that was greater than even I could imagine.
Today, I choose to fulfill His dream for my life. I personally want to see countless people come to know Him. I want to be a representation of what it means to truly know Him.
I hope that in this new year of life that it will never be about me, but always about Him.
A special prayer for you:
I pray that this year will be a year of open doors. May you take every opportunity that is set before you with complete trust and faith in our God. I pray that God imparts wisdom to you so that you are able to build strategies for every obstacle that stands in your way. May this be the year of supernatural favor in your life. If joy has been taken from you from years of struggle, I pray that this year you will find yourself laughing again and smiling uncontrollably. I’m believing for safety over your children and everyone around you. If you stay humble and keep God first, just watch where He will lead you. You are called, you are blessed and you are loved!
